Description Of Tungsten Tube

Tungsten tube is a precision-engineered tubular product manufactured from high-purity tungsten metal (purity ≥99.95%). Leveraging tungsten’s exceptional physical properties—including the highest melting point of all metals at approximately 3422°C (6192°F), high density of 19.25 g/cm³, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and excellent thermal and electrical conductivity—tungsten tubes deliver reliable performance in the most demanding high-temperature environments.

Tungsten tubes are produced through powder metallurgy, followed by sintering, forging, and precision machining processes. Depending on the manufacturing method, the density of tungsten tubes ranges from 18.2 g/cm³ (sintered condition) to 19.2 g/cm³ (fully forged condition). The tubes feature a silver-gray metallic luster with a smooth, clean surface, and are available in a wide range of diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths to suit diverse application requirements.
