The manufacturing process begins with high-purity tungsten carbide powder (100% virgin raw material) mixed with cobalt binder, followed by ball milling, pressing into plate blanks, high-temperature vacuum sintering, and HIP densification to achieve uniform microstructure and near-theoretical density. The sintered plates then undergo precision grinding, lapping, and polishing as required to achieve tight dimensional tolerances and smooth surface finishes.
