Cut-Resistant Tungsten Wire is a high-performance industrial wire with tungsten as its primary component, renowned for its exceptional hardness, ultra-high tensile strength, and outstanding high-temperature stability. Through advanced powder metallurgy and precision wire-drawing processes, combined with the addition of strengthening elements such as rhenium or carbides, its wear resistance and mechanical cutting resistance are significantly enhanced. This wire maintains structural integrity under repeated cutting, high-speed friction, and high-stress conditions, resisting breakage and deformation.

With a melting point of 3,422°C, tungsten boasts the highest melting point among all metals. Its tensile strength can reach or exceed 3,500 MPa—approximately six times that of ordinary steel wire. The Mohs hardness of 7.5 to 8 approaches that of diamond, enabling it to resist cutting and scratching by sharp objects.
