The surface of cleaned tungsten wire is smooth, clean, and free of graphite emulsion, presenting a bright silver-gray metallic finish. This surface treatment significantly improves the wire's chemical stability, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high surface cleanliness and vacuum compatibility.
